SHIPMENTS

  • For all products in the catalog, delivery will be charged to the customer according to the weight and volume of the item and will be reported during the payment process.

  • Attention: The times given for the terms of delivery are indicative and are not binding for the company Ebanoise.

  • The delivery of the ordered goods is meant at street level to the address specified in demographic data at the time of order confirmation. The form provides for the insertion of a different address from the billing.

  • As a result of the shipment the tracking number of the pack will be communicated to the customer via email .
